Our Mission

We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of developers and Telco enthusiasts. Our mission is to provide an open ecosystem for telecom innovation in a form of an open intelligence automation portal where the global telco community co-creates, builds, and shares reusable network artifacts (agents, models, datasets, benchmarks, rApps, xApps, and use-case blueprints). We believe openness and co-creation are the foundation for scalable innovation and interoperability, enabling faster progress toward intelligent, automated networks.

For organizations, BubbleRAN Labs (B-Labs) provides an international collaboration and membership program to support artifact testing, validation, integration activities (e.g., plugfests), and ecosystem adoption from lab to production.

How to Join

Choose how you want to participate in the TelcoFabric ecosystem: use artifacts, contribute artifacts, or join the B-Labs collaboration program as an organization

Anyone exploring and reusing telco artifacts for research, prototyping, or deployment.	Individuals or teams who publish and maintain artifacts (agents, models, datasets, benchmarks, rApps, xApps, and blueprints).	Organizations (operators, vendors, universities, research centers) participating in validation, evolution, and adoption of BubbleRAN software suites and TelcoFabric artifacts.
Browse, access, and reuse artifacts to accelerate your work.	Publish and monetize your artifacts, improve existing ones, and grow visibility through reuse and citations.	Engage in testing/validation & benchmarking, roadmap input, plugfests/integration, demos at international events, and ecosystem contributions under a non-exclusive membership agreement (3-year term, renewable).
