Detailed Description

This xApp leverages the O-RAN standardized RC service model to control RRM policy ratios within the RAN. It enables operators to configure dedicated, minimum, and maximum radio resource ratios for each 3GPP-defined network slice, identified by the Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (S-NSSAI). Through real-time updates of slice policy ratios via the O-RAN E2 interface, the xApp provides dynamic and symmetric control of uplink and downlink radio resource allocation across slices, supporting efficient resource utilization and adaptive traffic management.
